Flipboard for iPad - The Social Magazine.

We received delivery of a shiny new iPad in our studio a couple of months back, and have been trying to love it ever since. Having a full and comprehensive understanding of (and appreciation for) Smart Phones we have, like the rest of the World, been trying to 100% appreciate where the world's most expensive rectangle fits in to everday life.

That was until now.

Flipboard, the new app which integrates and organises all of your social media networks into a magazine. Albeit a simple concept, it still is on the forefront of revolutionising how we use the media around us. The modern pioneer who I'm sure all the newspapers and magazines are cursing as they adapt or fall by the wayside. This is the future of online viewing, content that seeks us out instead of us searching ourselves. What an exciting concept.

It's a magazine Jim, but not as we know it!
